1. 服务说明

小决定提供大转盘、翻牌子、随机数、抛硬币、摇骰子、模板编辑、历史记录、语音朗读、iCloud 备份及会员等功能。我们可能根据产品运营、法律要求或技术条件调整、增加、暂停或终止部分功能，并在合理范围内提供提示。

随机结果由算法生成，仅用于娱乐和日常选择辅助，不构成医疗、法律、财务、博彩、投资、安全或其他专业意见，也不应作为高风险决定的唯一依据。

2. 使用资格与设备

你应具备适用法律要求的行为能力。未成年人应在监护人同意和指导下使用。你需自行准备兼容设备、操作系统、网络连接和 Apple ID，并承担由此产生的费用。

3. 使用规则

你可以为个人、非商业目的使用本应用。使用过程中不得：

• 违反法律法规、公共秩序或他人合法权益；
• 利用应用从事赌博、欺诈、骚扰、歧视、危险挑战或其他有害活动；
• 上传、输入或传播违法、侵权、恶意或不适当内容；
• 逆向工程、反编译、破解、绕过会员限制或干扰应用和服务器安全；
• 未经授权复制、出租、出售、再许可或商业化应用及其内容；
• 通过自动化方式滥用服务、制造异常流量或破坏其他用户体验。

你对自己创建的模板、选项和使用结果负责，并应确保拥有相应权利。

4. 订阅、购买与自动续订

应用可能提供包月、包年自动续订会员及终身会员。实际价格、试用期、计费周期和优惠以购买时 App Store 显示为准。

• 付款由 Apple 在确认购买后从你的 Apple ID 账户收取；
• 自动续订项目会在当前周期结束前按 Apple 规则续订，除非你提前在 Apple ID 的“订阅”中取消；
• 免费试用到期后将按页面所示价格自动续订，除非在试用结束前取消；
• 你可以在系统“设置 > Apple ID > 订阅”中管理或取消订阅；
• 退款、账单、税费及家庭共享等事项按 Apple Media Services 条款和当地法律处理；
• 更换设备或重新安装后，可使用应用内“恢复购买”找回符合条件的权益。

终身会员是指在应用及该产品持续提供期间使用对应版本权益的许可，不代表任何服务永久不变或永久在线。

5. iCloud 与数据

开启 iCloud 自动备份需要有效的 PRO 权益、Apple ID 和可用 iCloud 服务。同步速度、容量和可用性由网络、系统及 Apple 服务决定。你应自行保留重要信息的其他备份。具体数据处理方式见《隐私政策》。

6. 知识产权

应用的软件、界面、图形、商标、文字、音效及其他由我们提供的内容受知识产权法律保护。除本协议明确授予的有限使用许可外，相关权利均由权利人保留。你保留对自己合法创建内容的权利，并授予应用在你的设备及已启用的云服务中处理该内容所必需的有限许可。

7. 可用性与免责声明

我们会合理维护应用，但不保证服务永不中断、完全无错误或适用于所有目的。功能可能因设备、系统版本、地区、网络、Apple 或第三方服务而存在差异。在法律允许的最大范围内，应用按“现状”和“可用”状态提供。

你应独立判断随机结果是否适合实际情形。因将随机结果用于重要决定、违反本协议或不可抗力、系统及第三方服务故障造成的损失，我们仅在适用法律规定的范围内承担责任；本协议不排除依法不得排除的消费者权利。

8. 暂停与终止

如你严重违反本协议、危害服务安全或法律要求我们采取措施，我们可在合理范围内限制或终止服务。你可以随时停止使用并卸载应用。停止使用不会自动取消 App Store 订阅，请在 Apple ID 中另行管理订阅。

9. 协议变更与适用法律

我们可能更新本协议。重大变更会通过应用、网站或其他适当方式提示。继续使用更新后的服务视为接受新协议；如不同意，应停止使用。协议适用你所在地强制性消费者保护规则；争议应先友好协商，无法解决时可提交有管辖权的法院或依法可用的争议解决渠道。

4. 訂閱、購買與自動續訂

應用程式可能提供月度、年度自動續訂會員及終身會員。實際價格、試用期、計費週期和優惠以購買時 App Store 顯示為準。

1. The Service

Tiny Decisions provides a spin wheel, flip cards, random numbers, coin toss, dice, template editing, history, spoken results, iCloud backup, membership, and related features. We may adjust, add, suspend, or discontinue features due to operational, legal, or technical needs and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.

Random results are generated algorithmically and are for entertainment and everyday assistance only. They are not medical, legal, financial, gambling, investment, safety, or other professional advice and must not be the sole basis for a high-risk decision.

2. Eligibility and Devices

You must have the legal capacity required where you live. Minors should use the app with a parent or guardian's permission and guidance. You are responsible for a compatible device, operating system, network access, Apple ID, and related charges.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Violate law, public order, or another person's rights;
• Use the app for gambling, fraud, harassment, discrimination, dangerous challenges, or harmful activity;
• Enter or distribute illegal, infringing, malicious, or inappropriate content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, crack, bypass membership restrictions, or interfere with app or service security;
• Copy, rent, sell, sublicense, or commercialize the app or its content without authorization;
• Abuse the service through automation, abnormal traffic, or conduct that harms other users.

You are responsible for templates, options, and results you create and must have the necessary rights to that content.

4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Renewal

The app may offer monthly and annual auto-renewing memberships and a lifetime purchase. The price, trial, billing period, and offer shown by the App Store at purchase are controlling.

• Apple charges your Apple ID account after you confirm a purchase;
• Auto-renewing products renew under Apple's rules unless canceled in Apple ID Subscriptions before the current period ends;
• A free trial converts to the displayed paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends;
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions under Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions;
• Refunds, billing, taxes, and Family Sharing are handled under Apple Media Services terms and applicable law;
• After reinstalling or changing devices, use Restore Purchases to recover eligible entitlements.

“Lifetime” means a license to the applicable benefit while the app and product remain available. It does not promise that any service will remain unchanged or online forever.

5. iCloud and Data

Automatic iCloud backup requires an active PRO entitlement, Apple ID, and available iCloud service. Sync timing, capacity, and availability depend on your network, system, and Apple. Keep another copy of important information. See the Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. Intellectual Property

The software, interface, graphics, marks, text, sounds, and other content we provide are protected by intellectual property law. Except for the limited right to use the app under these Terms, all rights remain with their owners. You retain rights to content you lawfully create and grant the limited permission necessary to process it on your device and enabled cloud services.

7. Availability and Disclaimers

We use reasonable care to maintain the app but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free service or suitability for every purpose. Features may vary by device, operating system, region, network, Apple, or third-party services. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.”

You must independently decide whether a random result fits your situation. Our liability for losses caused by relying on random results for important decisions, violating these Terms, force majeure, or system and third-party failures is limited as permitted by law. These Terms do not exclude consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may reasonably restrict or terminate service if you materially breach these Terms, threaten service security, or if required by law. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Stopping use does not cancel an App Store subscription; manage it separately through your Apple ID.

9. Changes and Governing Rules

We may update these Terms and will provide appropriate notice of material changes. Continuing to use the updated service means you accept the revised Terms; otherwise, stop using it. Mandatory consumer-protection rules where you live continue to apply. We encourage informal resolution first; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction or another legally available dispute-resolution process.
