常见问题
为什么没有定位、海拔或速度？
请前往 iOS“设置”→“隐私与安全性”→“定位服务”，开启定位服务并允许本应用使用位置。请在开阔环境等待卫星信号稳定；室内、隧道和高楼密集区域会降低精度。
为什么轨迹与实际道路有偏差？
应用会自动过滤低精度、过期和异常跳点，并对连续定位进行平滑。请保持“精确位置”开启，开始记录前等待定位精度稳定；强磁场、遮挡、低电量模式和后台限制可能造成偏差。
怎样让轨迹在后台持续记录？
开始记录后，按系统提示授予“始终允许”定位权限，并保持定位服务开启。iOS 会根据电量、信号和系统策略管理后台活动，极端省电场景可能影响更新频率。

Frequently asked questions
Why are location, altitude or speed unavailable?
Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services, enable Location Services and allow access for the App. Wait for a stable satellite signal outdoors; indoor spaces, tunnels and dense high-rise areas reduce accuracy.
Why does my track differ from the road?
The App filters low-accuracy, stale and anomalous jumps, then smooths consecutive fixes. Keep Precise Location enabled and wait for stable accuracy before recording. Magnetic interference, obstruction, Low Power Mode and background restrictions can still affect results.
How can a track continue in the background?
After starting a record, grant Always location access when prompted and keep Location Services enabled. iOS manages background activity based on power, signal and system policy, so update frequency can be reduced in extreme power-saving situations.
Why can’t Geo Camera capture or save?
Allow Camera access in Settings. Videos with sound also need Microphone access. To save to Photos, allow Add Photos access and make sure your device has available storage.
Why is the compass unstable?
Move away from magnets, metal mounts and electronics, then move the device gently to complete system calibration. You can switch True North in the App’s settings; true north and magnetic north differ by region.
How do I restore a membership purchase?
Open Settings → Pro Membership → Restore Purchases and make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID used for purchase. Restoration only syncs Apple-verified active entitlement.
Tips
- Use the App outdoors with a clear view of the sky for more stable location and speed results.
- Before an important journey, wait for GPS accuracy to stabilize before beginning speed or track recording.
- Delete unneeded photos, videos and tracks regularly to free device storage.
