一、协议接受

1. Acceptance of Agreement

在下载、安装或使用本应用之前，请您仔细阅读本协议的全部条款。通过下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示您已充分阅读、理解并同意接受本协议的全部条款和条件。

Before downloading, installing, or using the Application, please carefully read all the terms of this Agreement. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you indicate that you have fully read, understood, and agree to accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

如果您不同意本协议的任何条款，请不要下载、安装或使用本应用。您的使用行为将视为对本协议全部内容的无条件接受。

If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, please do not download, install, or use the Application. Your use of the Application will be deemed as unconditional acceptance of the entire content of this Agreement.

二、许可范围

2. License Scope

本应用授予您一项不可转让、非排他性的许可，允许您在您拥有或控制的个人移动设备上安装、运行和使用本应用的副本，用于个人非商业目的。

The Application grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install, run, and use a copy of the Application on personal mobile devices that you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes.

您不得：

You may not:

• 对本应用进行反向工程、反编译、反汇编或试图提取源代码
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application
• 复制、修改、分发、出租、出售、出借本应用的任何部分
• Copy, modify, distribute, rent, sell, or lend any part of the Application
• 利用本应用从事任何商业活动或向第三方提供本应用的服务
• Use the Application for any commercial activities or provide services of the Application to third parties
• 删除或修改本应用中的任何版权、商标或其他所有权声明
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Application
• 使用本应用从事任何违反法律法规或本协议的行为
• Use the Application for any activities that violate laws, regulations, or this Agreement

三、应用功能与数据存储

3. Application Features and Data Storage

本应用为您提供宝宝成长记录服务，包括但不限于记录宝宝的喂养、睡眠、换尿布、身高体重等日常活动和成长数据。

The Application provides you with baby growth recording services, including but not limited to recording your baby's daily activities and growth data such as feeding, sleeping, diaper changes, height, and weight.

🔴 重要声明：本应用不需要注册账户，也不需要登录即可使用全部功能。我们不收集任何用户个人信息，包括但不限于姓名、邮箱、电话号码、地址等。

🔴 IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Application does not require account registration or login to use all features. We do not collect any personal user information, including but not limited to name, email, phone number, address, etc.

您输入的所有数据仅存储在您的设备本地，不会通过网络传输到我们的服务器或任何第三方服务器。

All data you enter is stored only locally on your device and will not be transmitted over the network to our servers or any third-party servers.

您理解并同意，您对您在本应用中创建和存储的所有数据的准确性、完整性和安全性承担全部责任。建议您定期通过应用内的导出功能备份您的数据。

You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and security of all data you create and store in the Application. We recommend that you regularly back up your data through the export function within the Application.

四、匿名数据统计

4. Anonymous Data Statistics

为了改进本应用的质量和用户体验，本应用集成了友盟+（Umeng+）SDK进行匿名数据统计。该SDK仅收集与应用使用相关的匿名信息，不收集任何可识别个人身份的信息。

To improve the quality and user experience of the Application, the Application integrates the Umeng+ SDK for anonymous data statistics. This SDK only collects anonymous information related to application usage and does not collect any personally identifiable information.

友盟SDK收集的匿名信息包括：

• 设备型号和操作系统版本
• Device model and operating system version
• 应用版本号
• Application version number
• 应用启动次数和使用时长
• Application launch count and usage duration
• 功能使用频率
• Feature usage frequency

• Application crash reports
• 网络连接类型
• Network connection type
• 大致地理位置（仅到国家/地区级别）
• Approximate geographic location (country/region level only)

五、知识产权

5. Intellectual Property Rights

本应用的所有内容，包括但不限于文字、图标、图像、音频、视频、软件代码、用户界面设计等，均受中华人民共和国著作权法、商标法、专利法及其他知识产权法律法规保护。

All content of the Application, including but not limited to text, icons, images, audio, video, software code, user interface design, etc., is protected by the Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Patent Law, and other intellectual property laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.

您保留您在本应用中创建的所有内容的所有权。您授予我们使用、存储、处理这些内容的有限许可，仅用于在您的设备上提供本应用的服务。

You retain ownership of all content you create in the Application. You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Application's services on your device.

Medical Disclaimer: The Application is for recording purposes only and does not provide any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment services. All content in the Application is for reference only and cannot replace the diagnosis and treatment of professional doctors. 本应用按"现状"提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证，包括但不限于对适销性、特定用途适用性和非侵权性的保证。

The Application is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何直接、间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损害承担责任，即使我们已被告知可能发生此类损害。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

七、协议修改

7. Agreement Modification

我们保留随时修改本协议的权利。修改后的协议将在本应用内公布，并注明新的生效日期。如果您在协议修改后继续使用本应用，即表示您已接受修改后的协议。

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The modified Agreement will be published within the Application with a new effective date. If you continue to use the Application after the Agreement is modified, you indicate that you have accepted the modified Agreement.

八、服务终止

8. Service Termination

我们保留随时终止或暂停本应用服务的权利，无需事先通知。如您违反本协议的任何条款，我们也可以立即终止您使用本应用的权利。

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the Application service at any time without prior notice. We may also immediately terminate your right to use the Application if you violate any terms of this Agreement.

九、适用法律与争议解决

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

本协议的订立、解释、履行及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律（不包括冲突法规则）。

The conclusion, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws rules).

如双方就本协议内容发生争议，应首先通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可向开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

If any dispute arises between the parties regarding the content of this Agreement, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court where the developer is located.

十、苹果公司相关条款

10. Apple Inc. Related Terms

本协议是您与我们之间的协议，而非与苹果公司（Apple Inc.）之间的协议。苹果公司不对本应用及您对本应用的使用承担任何责任。

This Agreement is between you and us, not with Apple Inc. Apple Inc. shall not be responsible for the Application or your use of the Application.

您使用本应用必须遵守苹果公司的《App Store服务条款》。苹果公司及其子公司是本协议的第三方受益人，有权强制执行本协议中与您使用苹果公司相关服务和技术有关的条款。

Your use of the Application must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service. Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and have the right to enforce the terms of this Agreement related to your use of Apple's services and technologies.
